Applicant further understands that he/she is liable for all leads received up until cancellation is received in email or phone by XMC. Any deposits on file are refunded less any fees due within 30 days. Expulsion Policy: Application understands that XMC can expel any company from this service for any reason at XMC's discretion. Such reasons include and are not limited to: 1) Email disresponsiveness, 2) Unprofessionalism 3) Consumer complaints 4) Deceptive advertising claims 5) Delinquency in payment. Exclusionary Policy Limos-USA.com reserves the right to refuse any applicant, including re-booking firms and companies who may indirectly compete with XENEFOX Media Corp's core product. Locality Restrictions All listing companies must be located within a 60 mile radius of their advertising territory. Such companies must have a local address and a local telephone to display in their advertisement. Nationwide companies must open multiple accounts with their satellite offices local addresses and local numbers. We do not list centralized, brokering clearinghouses or reservation centers unless the locality requirements are met above. Cancellation Policy Your account can be cancelled at anytime by email, phone, or mail. Your annual membership fee is non-refundable and you are liable for all leads received up to the point of cancellation. Renewal Your account can be renewed yearly at the same annual fee designated above.
